All our beef products are manufactured from table trimmed selected South American steer silversides. Our butchers prepare the prime cuts, to produce succulent, tender products, unrivalled by any competition.
Prepared from Silverside flats, trimmed and cut into a 2.5 kg finished product. Cured with our own distinctive sweetcure and ground pepper, rolled in crushed black pepper corns from Sarawak in Borneo. Also available sliced or shaved in pack sizes of 500 g to 2 kg.

Approximately 2.5kg beef joints, also available sliced or shaved in vacuum packs from 500 g to 2kg Prime beef silverside flats from selected South American sources; Silverskin removed,extraneous fat and gristle trimmed away. Enhanced with our own recipe improvers, to accentuate the flavours and extend shelf life. Cooked to an internal temperature of 72 degrees centigrade.
